It would be nice if the intercom system worked so that people don’t have to call you when they get here to visit, and green space, parking spaces and sidewalks need cleaned up of leaves, trigs, and sticks left from winter and spring weather.

|Recommended: YesLoving It — Been here a week so far and I am loving it. It is very quiet which is a plus with two Littles, staff is always friendly and professional.

|Recommended: YesSomerset — Overall I really enjoy living here at Somerset Sometimes the grounds could be cleaner but that is due to other tenants not being responsible and cleaning up after themselves. The halls and laundry room are always kept cleaned up. The maintenance staff are very nice and knowledgeable. The office staff are just awesome They are friendly, get to know you and your family and do a great job with communications etc. The pool is great for summer time I do wish the gym could fully open back up as I really miss using it and need it.
|Recommended: YesPotal Payment Of Rent — I see no other method of paying rent through your portal than to either be charged a convenience fee for card usage or give my bank account information for withdrawals. Neither of these options work for me. Card payment with no extra fee would.
